Big THANK YOU to our show photographer, Vince LeMaster. Visit his website to view your proofs and check out the photo packages he has available. You can also download any of your images suitable for social media. Thank You Vince for this great feature!
In an effort to communicate with full transparency, RMRHA would like to share the media policy that will be in place at our events (Columbine Classic, Summer Slide, and the new Mountain Affiliate Finals). The photography industry as it relates to horse shows has become increasingly difficult to maintain profitability while also controlling costs. To fully support the professionals who photograph our events and ensure that their wonderful services are available, the use of professional recording devices (cameras with a lens that is over 2 inches) is strictly prohibited with the only exception being owners photographing their own equine athletes.
We also recognize and want to support attendees who bring their own media professionals to events to support their business and advertising campaigns and not allowing photography limits this increasingly common practice. In consideration of everyone, a media pass will be available for purchase by media professionals employed by show attendees for the fee of $500 for the entire show ($150 for day pass). This fee will be paid to RMRHA at the event and the fee will be passed on, in whole, to our contracted event photography professional.
Thank you for your cooperation, understanding, and support.

It’s BACK! The $1000 added Pro-Am Challenge returns to The Columbine Classic!
What is a Pro Am??
Two riders (options include: Open rider/ Non Pro Rider, Open Rider/ Youth Rider, Non Pro Rider/ Youth Rider, Non Pro Rider/ Non Pro Rider) compete on the same horse to complete a pattern. The first rider (they may choose who completes which half) completes the first 4 maneuvers of the pattern (ie: Pattern 5- first rider completes Left Circles, Left Spins, Right Circles, and Right Spins). Following the fourth maneuver; the riders pause and switch riders (you may adjust stirrups but may not switch any equipment). The second rider then completes the remaining 4 maneuvers (ie: Pattern 5- the second rider completes the Figure 8 and 3 stops on the sides).
Non Pro/Youth riders may pair up with ANY Open rider (not just their trainers), and both Open and Non Pro/Youth may compete multiple times (horses may only be shown one time during the class).
Don’t miss out on this FUN opportunity!
This class is SUPER FUN! If not competing, come watch and cheer on the competing teams.
We’ve added fun new classes and more opportunities to get in the pen.
Schooling opportunities galore! We’ve got multiple schooling opportunities with the Club Zero classes.
