VOLUNTEER SIGN UP

Volunteer opportunities include:

• Scribe – Scribes keep track of each judge’s maneuver scores and penalty points on a scoring sheet. Scribes are required to call in each exhibitor score to the announcer table. Scribing experience suggested.
• Gate – Gate volunteers are required to open and close arena gates as exhibitors enter and exit the show arena. If preferred, training barns can sign up for gate slots and rotate volunteers.
• Bit Judge – Bit Judges are required for the Open and Non Pro Classes and the Derby. NRHA Judges Card is required.

RMRHA members can record their volunteer requirements with this Volunteer Participation Form. Please submit your volunteer hours within 2 weeks following the show.

Please note that if for some reason you are unable to fulfill a slot that you have signed up for it is your responsibility to find a replacement volunteer.

Please provide a cell phone number that we can use to contact you during the show. Once you have signed up for a slot, please allow some time for the system to update before it will show your sign up.
